It's a great product,just a little too heavy for my frail husband.

The concentrator is much smaller than most oxygen concentrators, so less bulk to have to deal with. Despite what the manual says, it doesn't require an air filter (or it's built in ... never really got an answer). The customer service is remarkably poor. They did get back to me, but barely answered any of my questions. (Such as the difference between the oxygen outlet & the nebulizer port. Where is the oxygen absorber that needs cleaning. Etc.)

Very good equipment,super compact and silence,i recomend for every one,i tested the liter flow and match 100%.

It is easy to travel with and I can get over two hours per trip.
