Been using it for about 3 weeks and I really like it a lot. I have an oximeter that measures the oxygen in my blood so I'm able to see the difference immediately. Without it it's usually about a 94 or 95 and using it it goes to 99 or 100. I use it for about 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes before bed. It's not loud and I use level two

Adapters were very cheap so I figure the unit is probably cheap also.

This machine only gives 90% at 1 lpm. It drastically drops at higher lpm. At 7lpm it’s pretty much regular air.
Returns are impossible. I had to contact support multiple times for the return process to finally get 1 response and they didn’t respond to further messages again. Plus you have to pay for the return shipping.
