I like ir, but it started making a funny little noise and it isn’t the air flow. Is it normal for it to get hot underneath? It works just not sure it I should run it. an you help me?

This is the first time I have use or purchased a machine that concentrates oxygen, it works to my satisfaction. I bought it for general recovery and it works great for me.

Shipping issues

Hello I have been eager to use my new oxygen concentrator because I just had open heart surgery and I need one to sleep. So about 16 days ago I bought one from you guys. But it never showed up. USPS does not deliver to my address but FedEx and UPS does. But I did not know that until the shipment was returned to sender in Los Angeles. I live in Oregon and I'm concerned that this problem will prevent me from having oxygen and I've already paid $200 for it plus $30 shipping. I've been in touch with your customer service top service or something like that and they have replied a couple times but it seems like they dropped my case or something I don't know.
The oder # is DLZ#6363 and was ordered on 9/11. On 9/16 it was received here in Bend and sent back to Los Angeles. I've been trying to work with your customer service but I seem to have lost contact with them. If you could help me or direct me to a place where I can get satisfaction from my purchase I would greatly appreciate it. My email address is k r a s h b a u g h [****]. I know this is not the correct forum for addressing this kind of issue but I haven't heard back for a few days from your customer service. And I don't know what else to do. I don't want to lose my $230. The last message I got from them said they understand and I gave them my new good address and a couple days after that I texted and and they said they forgot to send it but they're going to send it now so I verified my new good address again and I haven't heard anything so please let me know. I'm sorry to bother you this way thank you

Better then renting equipment

Only had it a week or so but very quiet works good, adjustable, the only bad part is if your cord gets kinked it may turn off so you have to watch that. But other then that it is great.
