Effective, reliable and lasted us for 3 years (heavily used). It was a no brainer to repurchase this exact machine.
Been using it for about 3 weeks and I really like it a lot. I have an oximeter that measures the oxygen in my blood so I'm able to see the difference immediately. Without it it's usually about a 94 or 95 and using it it goes to 99 or 100. I use it for about 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes before bed. It's not loud and I use level two
