Parts arrived correct and in a timely manner

I was a bit skeptical at first about this purchase and was looking for the filter replacements for my machine and after buying those and shooed a little and found the same exact unit that I already had and have been using for around two years without issues at all . This unit arrived nicely packaged and opened it and set it up. Works wonderfully. I serviced my old one and replaced the filters and boxed it up in the box this one came in and now I have a back up. But I don’t expect to need it anytime in the next few years. I believe the hour counter read around 4500 hours run time level three.

very satisfied with my o2 concentrator...my only issue is filling the humidifying container...I feel it could hold more water but access is easy to fill..the unit runs very quiet...changing filters is exceptionally easy however I feel you should get more than 200 hrs per filter...the price is a bargain ...
