I was renting a concentrator, but due to an insurance issue I had to send it back. I purchased this concentrator as a replacement and it has work just as well or better then the big noisy one it replaced. Eventhough this machine is way quieter I still keep it outside my bedroom.

I have tried several times to contact OSITO because the Oxygen Concentrator is advertised as having a purity of 96%. That might be true at 1L/minute. The machine I have is showing 70% at 2L/minute and it goes down as the flow goes up. That makes the machine useless at higher flow rates. I can’t verify if this is the way it should operate since there is no immediate reply in chat or to my emails.

The remote mentioned in the manual was not in the package. Is it included in the order?

This portable oxygen concentrator is convenient, light weight and so easy to use. I like the functionality of this unit with the time and flow rate options. It's great for traveling and is very quiet.
